

Get ready for the fun of swinging, spinning, and even hanging upside down! Our Aerials classes combine the thrill of movement in the air with safe, structured training, giving students a truly unique and confidence-boosting experience.
Classes are facilitated by fully qualified instructors who are certified in acrobatics and aerial arts, ensuring students are supported every step of the way.
Students train on both Hammock and Lyra (aerial hoop), swapping apparatus each term to allow well-rounded skill development. Classes are designed in a circuit-style format, with rotations that focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and core control, while building strong aerial technique.
Aerials is not only an incredible way to improve muscle tone, balance, coordination, and flexibility—it also helps students develop resilience and self-belief as they master new skills and challenge themselves in a fun, encouraging environment.

Our Homeschool Aerial classes are designed especially for curious, energetic kids who love to move, explore, and try something new. Using supportive aerial hammocks, students will learn how to safely swing, invert, climb, balance, and build strength — all while having a blast.
Each class blends: Core and upper body strengthening Flexibility and coordination development Confidence-building inversions Balance and body awareness skills Creative movement and flow sequences We focus on safe technique, progressive skill development, and encouragement, ensuring every child feels supported at their own level.
